Greg is a great trainer.  His Pump and Stretch class at our 55+ community is effective and enjoyable.  He has a great sense of humor and understands how to train people in our age group.  His classes are motivating and he provides a variety of exercises that keep the classes interesting and challenging.   Greg offers modifications to those who are new to working out which creates a welcoming atmosphere.  I would recommend Greg to anyone looking for a results-oriented trainer or someone in need of help with a physical therapy program.

I have been participating in Greg Hamilton's Pump and Stretch class for several months.  His easy-going personality makes the class fun while building your strength and endurance.  All while listening to music!  He explains the exercises and answers any questions or concerns.  Everyone is encouraged to reach their own personal goal while enjoying the comradery of a group fitness class.

Greg Hamilton is an excellent trainer for our group of seniors. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and wishes well for each member of our Stretch and Pump program that meets twice each week for 10-week periods. Greg understands how to help each group member achieve good balance and increase strength. He is willing to explain the details and reasons for each exercise, and provides exercise routines with videos to work on in between sessions. I feel we are fortunate to have Greg work with us on-site at our community clubhouse. I like his training style and the time he spends with individuals with injuries. His humor and playlists provide for entertaining and productive work sessions.

"Having worked with several trainers, I saw by far my best result with Greg.  While working out with Greg, I didn't have much weight to lose since I was already active, but in working with him for about 8 weeks I was able to lose 7lbs, but more importantly almost 4% body fat.  I saw definition and muscles that I had never seen before.  His workouts were tough, but through his guidance and encouragement I was able to push through and the result spoke for themselves.  He is extremely knowledgeable and if you have a limitation (in my case a bad back), he knows how to work around it and still give you an incredible workout. An added bonus is that he has a nutrition certification so he can help you understand what kind of food to eat, when to eat and even give you some recipes.
