PERSONAL TRAINING
Perhaps the most motivating factor of one-on-one training is that it’s personal. You’ll get customized workouts designed to meet YOUR goals and YOUR fitness levels. If you have an injury, we will accommodate the injury and make modifications. We modify a plan to get you the results you are seeking. You don’t have to worry about trying to keep up with others in a session. It’s about you and your trainer.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Having someone right beside you can enhance the level of your workouts, and when appropriate can offer friendly competition. Working out in a group makes it easier to stay accountable, create lasting habits, and can definitely be fun. Small group training provides a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with a fitness professional. Challenge yourself with a small group of people with similar goals in a supportive environment.
BRIDGE PROGRAM
People who have had surgery or injure themselves often don’t know what to do when their physical-therapy sessions end. They want to continue making progress but are often at a loss regarding how to reach their personal goals, since they don’t want to reinjure themselves and lack knowledge about what exercises they can do safely, given their limitations. That’s where our Bridge Program comes in; we take over where your PT (within therapist guidelines) left off to ensure a continuing and safe program that will help you achieve your goals.
SPECIALTY TRAINING
EPIC Fitness offers specialty training, designed to fit your unique needs. Options include: balance and cognitive training, posture correction, arthritic conditions, and Prehab training. We incorporate TRX training, aqua fitness, and pre-vacation/travel fitness, to meet the client’s needs.
NUTRITION ADVICE
Proper nutrition is the key to good mental and physical health. Understanding the information on nutrition labels, knowing what foods to buy and how much to consume is a behavioral change, not a diet. No single food will provide the right amount of nutrients. Combining foods from all the different food groups will fuel your body's daily needs. We can help you understand how nutrition and fitness will positively impact your journey towards a healthy, long-lasting life.
